Blanc & Bailey Construction, Inc. was founded in 1988 and has provided high quality craftsmanship in residential and commercial building projects for over 20 years.  Our market covers an approximate 60 mile radius in southern New Hampshire and Vermont. From our centrally located offices in Charlestown, NH, our projects reach east to the Lake Sunapee and New London, NH region -- west to Ludlow and Londonderry, VT, as well as Rutland, VT -- north to Hanover and Lebanon, NH -- and south to Walpole and Keene NH.   

The primary focus of the company has been the delivery of high quality projects at a fair price. Our employees are of the highest caliber and are fully trained in the latest products and installation techniques.  We have a strong belief in continuing training in product technology, safety and customer service.
