Construction Management

As construction manager, Blanc & Bailey Construction, Inc. brings together contractors, owners, developers and engineers to provide a single source of coordination for your project, in both design and construction phases. Together, we examine design alternatives and the impact of those choices.

We work closely to determine the specific identification of all construction requirements during the design phase. During construction, an experienced project manager maintains complete control of the schedule, budget, and quality of the project.
